1. TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION: *Premium is taxable at 8% when sold in Ontario.

If you decide to purchase Royal Bank of Canada Insurance (the policy we carry) - TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION, you do need to arrange the Medical, Accident, and Luggage Insurance… etc by your own.

For Trip Cancellation & Interruption (in Canadian Funds):

The coverage will be:

• Before departure: coverage will be the sum insured
• After departure: coverage will be unlimited

2. DELUXE PACKAGE UP TO AGE 74: *Premium is taxable at 8% when sold in Ontario.

If you to purchase the DELUXE PACKAGE FOR UP TO AGE 74, the premium will depend on your age (the older you are, the higher the premium will be), duration of trip (10 - 16 days) and the insured amount before departure.

The cost is relatively cheaper than TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION only, and will cover:

1. The same coverage for TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION (before and after departure);
2. Emergency Medical Insurance – unlimited;
3. Baggage & Personal Effects Insurance - $1000;
4. Flight Accident Insurance - $100,000;
5. Travel Accident Insurance - $50,000.

To enable us to purchase the insurance with your flight schedule, we require the following information from each person’s:

• Your full name as shown on the passport
• Date of Birth
• Clearly indication of the type of insurance you are going to purchase
• Clearly indication of the insured amount before departure
• Credit Card information that needed by RBC Insurance to collect the premium & make the policy become effective immediately
