3. Does CTS Canada Inc. provide travel services in Canada & USA for Chinese business delegation invited by Canadian government or companies?
Yes, we have been providing this service since the 1990s. The services include: visa application assistance, international and domestic flight booking, land transfer service, hotel booking, translation service and more.

4. Is CTS Canada Inc. a private-owned company?

5. Do I need to exchange some Chinese money before leaving Canada?
No, you do not need to bring any Chinese Yuan [RMB¥]. For details, please refer to “Travel Tips”.

6. For my trip to China, do I need to take any immunization shot?

Yes, from individual booking for hotels, domestic transportations, trade show invitations to an entire full package reservations, we provide a variety of services for business travelers to China.

11. Am I allowed to drive a rented vehicle in China?
No, due to the language barrier, different transportation regulations, and complicated road conditions, we strongly recommend that do NOT operate a vehicle if your trip to China is within a limited time period.

12. In case I lost my passport in China, what should I do?
Keep a copy of your passport before departure in your luggage; if you are not able to find your passport, please seek out the nearest Canadian consulates (or embassy) by visiting this web-site: http://www.canada.org.cn/; you may report your incident to any Canadian consul in charge.

13. Do I need travel insurance for this trip?
It is strongly recommended that you do arrange a travel insurance for the trip as you will have a “peace of mind” when travelling in what may be an unfamiliar destination. We may assist you to arrange single coverage travel insurances such as medical only, cancellation only or the full coverage: the “Deluxe Package” , including medical, cancellation & interruption, accident and luggage, with RBC Insurance. 14. Do you provide special service to handicapped travelers?
Yes, as travel agents, we will book the trip with end service-providers such as airlines, hotels and restaurants to meet the needs for handicapped travelers.

15. Can I book the trip with special requests for food – like religious food, diabetes food or vegetarian food?
Yes, if you do remind us at the time of booking the tour, we will make sure to make these requests in detail with airlines, hotels, local travel agencies, restaurants, etcetera, to accomplish your need on food.
