HOTEL:
In order for us to book an accommodation for your trip to China, please give usthe following information:
1. Your flight detail;
2. The hotel standard (ie., 3 star, 4 staror 5 star hotels);
3. Location preferences (ie., close to your business venue, airport, downtown, et cetera);
4. The need for airport shuttle bus service;
5. Information on breakfasts, internet availability, religious factors, conference room, et cetera.

CRUISE:
In order for us to book cruise only, please give us the following information:
1. Your itinerary in detail, with which we will know if you need pre-boarding accommodation;
2. Piers to embark & disembark;
3. Preference for an upstream or downstream cruise;
4. Cruise ship standards (ie., 4 star or 5 star);
5. Preference for cabins (ie., standard or deluxe suite).

RAIL:
In order for us to arrange railway tickets, please clearly indicate the following:
1. Date and city of departure;
2. City of destination;
3. The number of passengers in your party for the same trip;
4. The number of soft sleepers (or soft seats) you will need for your party;
5. Whether you need ticket delivery service in China. If "YES", please provide us with hotel details.
